You name it and I’ve planned it. There is no event too small or too big to be thoughtfully planned out and curated. Whether it be a 500 person soiree, a special evening with a loved one, a local getaway for you and a group of your closest friends, a marriage proposal, backyard graduation party, bridal shower, international medical conference, wedding, intimate dinner party (I take it you get the gist) - I plan it all.
I offer three different packages for event planning & coordination.
Month-Of Coordination
For the client that has all of the details down, this package is the best way to ensure that all of your months of hard work come together exactly as you envisioned.
As a professional planner, I will review all of your event details to emergency proof any areas that may have been overlooked and put any necessary contingency plans in place. I will create your day-of timeline and bring all of your vendors together to ensure everything is executed flawlessly and without a hitch.Partial Planning
For the client that's got their venue down, maybe some of their vendors booked, or possibly has their design direction figured out but isn't sure which vendors to hire for the job - this is where I step in.
I will help you to tie in all the remaining pieces to bring together a beautiful event. I will review your budget with you and based on your event must-haves offer detailed recommendations on how to make sure you are making the most of it. I will help you find the best possible vendors and items to make your event uniquely yours.Full Service Planning
For the client that isn't sure where to start, or has a date, region and general budget in mind but isn't sure what the next steps should be, this package is for you. Full planning covers everything from A- Z. Vendor recommendations for every category, a completely customized budget, design creation and more.
Every event I work on I treat as though the guests attending are my own. I want everyone to enjoy their experience to the fullest and leave feeling like they had a truly wonderful time.
