Hello!

My name is Trevina Tadros. A little bit about me: I love concerts, kayaking, traveling, baking & the outdoors. I have been a freelancer for the past 11 years & in 2017 I decided it was time to make Trevina Tadros Inc. an official company.

I am a Triple Certified Event Planner. I hold certificates in Event & Hospitality Management, Wedding Planning, and Fashion Events Planning as well as a degree in Communications. I planned my first major event in 2012 which was a four day international medical conference featuring a Nobel Award Winning Speaker. It is one of my proudest achievements to date.

I spent my whole childhood loving to host friends for intimate events that I would elaborately plan. I used to save my monthly allowance to purchase decor and crafts so I could create the perfect gathering. I am a host at heart and treat every client’s event as if it were my own.

Trevina was our event manager on staff to execute on our very first concert in New York City in 2016. None of us had planned a concert of this kind before and we relied on Trevina's expertise and professionalism, as well as her incredible attitude to make the show possible. The concert brought together 6 different acts, all very different from one another, and the setting was a sold out club in Lower East Side Manhattan. We were on a very tight timeline to bring the whole thing together, and Trevina made sure the event was executed flawlessly. Among her responsibilities here's where she had the most impact:

  • She was a great delegator and made sure the team shared responsibility for the execution of the event. She assigned the right tasks to the right people and followed up with each person to make sure everything got done to the right standard.

  • She coordinated and led weekly meetings with the team, to ensure all logistics were on pace to be completed on time

  • She helped our team brainstorm ideas for merchandise

  • She co-designed marketing materials and social media content, and created a social campaign calendar, which led to higher engagement than we'd ever had on our social media sites, which eventually led to a sold out show!

  • One of my asks was that we thank the artists as well for volunteering their time, and Trevina helped with the preparation of these gifts

  • She also was in charge of setting up and managing the ticket sales

  • She oversaw the setup of the stage at the venue.

  • And lastly, Trevina lead audience engagement and mailing list sign-up, leading to our first big push of email sign-ups allowing us to campaign for the years that followed.

I cannot thank Trevina enough for the degree of professionalism that she brought to this experience, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat for any future concerts or events.
